Terms & Conditions – Daily+

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through dailyplusint.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Products & Availability

  • All products displayed on the webshop are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw products at any time or to make minor adjustments (e.g. packaging design).

Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in EUR (or local currency if applicable), inclusive of VAT where required by law.

  • Shipping costs will be added at checkout and depend on your location.

  • We accept secure online payments via the methods displayed at checkout.

  • Payment is charged at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped with GLS or Postnord.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery times:

    • Denmark & EU countries: 2–5 business days.

    • Other European countries: 4–7 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

  • You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

  • As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@dairyroad.dk with your order number.

  • Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or defective product).

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are made via the same payment method used for purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dairyroad.dk.

  • Please include order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Liability

  • Daily+ is not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g. courier delays, customs clearance, force majeure).

  • We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, unless required by law.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal data provided during the order process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Data will only be used to fulfill your order and improve our services.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by Danish law.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved by the Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country provide otherwise.
